What Are the Hours of Operation?

Our virtual office hours are open 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

What Are your Special Hours of Operation?

We are open every first Saturday of each month from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

What Insurance Does Change Behavioral Health Services , LLC (CBHS) Accept?

We accept all Medicaid, MCOs and self-pay

What is the Process for Starting Services?

1. Contact our office to confirm eligibility for services
2. Schedule your appointment
3. Begin services

How long is the wait to receive services?

We want to provide you with immediate support. We are typically able to schedule an intake session within a week of receiving your inquiry or referral

What ages do you support?

We support clients ages 18 years and older with any mental health or addiction need.

Are all your services virtual or through telehealth?

We primarily offer virtual appointments, with in-person services available for clients residing in nursing homes, addiction treatment facilities, residential housing programs, group homes, and assisted living settings

When will you start offering primary care services?

Our primary care services are scheduled to commence in Spring 2025
